Important Holiday Shipping Information
Many orders for the holidays are taking several days longer than anticipated due to heavy demand. This is especially true for orders on the West Coast. We are doing our very best to ship items in a timely manner. We will keep you informed of your order status, especially if there are delays. If you have questions about your order status, e-mail us at register@psandcompany.com.

Shipping*

We provide three shipping options.

  • Free Shipping

                Free shipping on all orders over $100
                Free Shipping Continental US Only

  • FedEX Ground to the Continental US
    • 10-21 days for in-stock items (Due to current heavy demand, west coast delivery may take a few more days.)
    • For items not in stock, we will notify you of a shipping date
    • All Orders are $15.00

  • Shipping outside the Continental US
    • We now offer international shipping! Fill in the shipping information when you order. We will price the shipping and inform you by email what the expected shipping time and charges will be. Once you approve the amount by reply email we will charge and process your order.

*Note: Due to heavy demand, all items listed may not be in stock.
We will inform you of delivery date if an item is backordered.

*Note: For holiday shipping, items typically take 1-2 days longer to ship.

Returns and exchanges

All claims for broken, defective or damaged merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of said merchandise.

Broken merchandise: It is the buyer’s responsibility to call the FedEx office. All packing materials must be kept regardless of apparent damage to packaging. If no replacement is possible, merchandise will be credited or refunded.

The item may be returned to the location from which it was shipped. All returns must be insured for the value of the item. Defective items will be replaced if replacement is available.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse you for any shipping costs.

Under the following conditions, no replacement or credit will be issued:

a. The request was made more than 10 days after receipt
b. The item is returned without an outer carton.
c. The item is returned without original box and paperwork.
d. The items or box has been marred by writing or improper handling.
e. You did not keep the original shipping carton for the FedEx inspector.
